今年11月，在阿塞拜疆首都巴庫舉行的《聯(lián)合國氣候變化框架公約》第二十九次締約方大會(COP29)上，參會各國經(jīng)過艱難談判，達(dá)成新的氣候資金集體量化目標(biāo)(NCQG)，全球氣候治理正面臨著新的改革與挑戰(zhàn)。

　　近日，歐盟駐華代表團(tuán)氣候行動(dòng)與環(huán)境事務(wù)一等參贊駱浩君(Laurent Bardon)接受中新網(wǎng)專訪時(shí)表示，在國際地緣政治局勢愈發(fā)緊張的當(dāng)下，COP29仍成功在氣候融資方面，提出了兩個(gè)切實(shí)目標(biāo)，展現(xiàn)了全球氣候治理的韌性。

　　駱浩君指出，在積極推動(dòng)全球氣候治理對話等方面，中國和歐盟都發(fā)揮了重要引領(lǐng)作用，促使利益相關(guān)方達(dá)成共識。他強(qiáng)調(diào)，作為發(fā)展中國家，中國自愿提供氣候資金，彰顯了大國責(zé)任與擔(dān)當(dāng)，為全球綠色轉(zhuǎn)型作出了表率。(林卓瑋 薛凌橋)

　　Lauren Bardon, the first counselor for climate action and environment at the EU Delegation to China, shared his observations and insights on global climate action during an exclusive interview with China News Network following his trip to COP29 in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan.

　　He described the event as an overall "success," particularly noting the two concrete financing goals that were achieved, despite a complex and challenging geopolitical landscape, which showcased global climate governance's resilience.

　　Bardon emphasized the leading roles of the EU and China in climate negotiations, highlighting their ability to maximize the convergence of interests among various parties.
